New Rules for Child Sexual Abuse

               

             Sexual crime in the 21st Century are increasing especially against children. Therefore necessary to take decisive steps. Indonesian Government made a Government Ordinance to suppress child sexual abuse. There are so many punishment in Goverment Ordinance, including death penalty and additional penalties are emasculated. But the additional penalties get a lot of attention, so there are pros and cros of emasculated.
